About Green Ridgewood Elementary NJ

Ridge Elementary School in Ridgewood, New Jersey, has earned recognition for its sustainability efforts, including achieving bronze-level certification through Sustainable Jersey for Schools.


The school earned bronze-level certification, along with Ridgewood High, Somerville Elementary, Benjamin Franklin Middle, and Travel Elementary. 

Our School in Action

    Greenridgewoodnj.org is an independently run website that supports the objectives of Green Ridgewood. 

    This website will be used to recruit members and volunteers, support Green Ridgewood and Green Team projects and initiatives, and to educate the public. ​
